I cant log to my dropbox wich is a pain in the a*s regarding the monetization strategy of this app. Also : Where the hell is ableton link ??! though... This app could be a must if it had some support.

Update it every-time! Make it better and best! I love it but there thing which have to be updated! Bad that there is not possible to choose many types of same instrument for exaple two bass or two vocal together !!! Also there things which is very good but not for free!!! I cant buy them!!!! Make it for absolutely free!!! Then you will be best!!!! Update an add more things to this things!!!

Should be fully functional as on iPad! Missing editable pads, missing library of sounds... :/

I’ve just updated my Launchpad App to the 5.4 version. The way the app works has changed completely and we are having a hard time, since our set depends heavily on Lauchpad. Before this version, I would swipe horizontally and I would launch an entire row of pads. The only pads that would be launched would be those in the row I swiped, the pads on the other rows would be muted. Now that has changed. When I swipe a row, the first pad I touch does not launch. Also, pads from different rows are not muted after swiping a row, which is very bad, since we use different rows for different parts of the songs. Since this version has been just released, I assume this may be a bug that will be fixed. Or have you changed the way the app works? Help!!

Ever since the update on my Launchpad, it crashes. I cant even make my music without the sounds either not playing, starting too late or the app actually freezing, then eventually crashing when the record button is pressed. If its not broken DONT FIX IT.

I had a previous version of this app which was quite fun for playing around at home but useless live because it lacked the ability to change tempo in real time. Now it seems that they have solved that issue only to now not have the ability to start a session when you want. As soon as you load a session the tempo counter starts blinking prior to you triggering any of the pads which means that if you are playing with other people they now all have to stop and wait for you to be on beat before joining in again which is absolutely ridiculous! Other than that HUGE flaw, not a bad piece of software but useless for playing live with accompaniment.

This is an amazing and fun app with great functionality. Watch your buffer size though, as other apps can control Launchpads and too low a buffer will produce glitching! It happened to me and it took me a while to figure out. Launchpad is one of my favourites!!!

One of the finest APPS at the Apple Store. It rarely crashes is fantab to use with easily affordable upgrades for more fun and joy. I have made whole songs with this APP for years now and highly recommend it to any IOS newbie and accomplished musician as well. Its an innovative easy way to make music that IAA ton of fun. Its free too and you upgrade only what you want. Cheers in the latest mega update. Also, check out the Bloc Waves music APP from the same Dev as its equally a ton of fun and has a grand design!

Really great app! I would love it if you could include some Madeon samples since he is the king of launchpads! Itd be fun to play along :)

As soon as you load a new session from the home page the beat counter starts which means that you cannot start playing on a beat or exactly when you want you can only start playing when the beat counter is green which is random to when it loads the session. This makes it impossible to accompany any other playing instruments or music making this app utterly useless for using in a live environment. Older versions of the app did not have this limitation Novation clearly did not think of the user experience when making this upgrade...
